Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate  

Location: Hampton, Middx, TW12 2DX  

Reporting To: Director of Sales 

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year (Depending on Experience) 



Are you a driven and highly motivated sales and marketing professional? Join our fast-growing team at BPS Broadcast Production Services! We’re in search of an experienced Sales and Marketing Associate who’s keen to make an impact in the world of film and TV technology. 

In this role, you’ll be a key player in our expanding sales team. We’re looking for a proven achiever who can handle diverse projects, manage customer accounts effectively, and support our online and product marketing efforts.

  • Liaise with manufacturers and other distributors to manage stock and products in/out of BPS, working with the delivery and logistics team on a daily basis.  
  • Working with the web design team to ensure all websites are up to date with the latest products, specs and information to maximise sales. 
  • Working with our external marketing team to support with materials and product information. 
  • Working with the web team to produce and deliver high-quality product assets, including application videos, high-quality photography, and pack-shots for use online, on social media marketing, and tradeshows. 
  • Working with the Sales Director to identify opportunities for new business/ sales, and support in targeted campaigns to grow engagement and sales conversions. 
  • Responding directly to sales customer enquiries via telephone, web-talk or in person at our showroom. 
  • Attentively manage and follow up sales leads and supporting with booked on-site customer demonstrations. 
  • Preparing detailed quotes for customers.  
  • Updating stock systems and creating associated sales to support sales, stock levels and shipping.  
  • General sales duties involving keeping databases and customer contact details up to date.  



  • Previous proven experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally in video media technology or AV products. 
  • Previous experience in telephone sales or a related sales position. 
  • Previous experience in content creation and social media distribution for B2B products. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator basic knowledge and design experience is a bonus 
  • Video editing software experience is a benefit, but not essential 
  • Pack shot photography experience is a benefit, but not essential  
  • Experience or knowledge of technical products such as cameras, lights, audio equipment in the broadcast or film sector is preferred. 

Personal Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Good organisations skills and ability to multitask. 
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Ability to focus in a busy open office environment.

Job Title: Delivery Driver and Logistics Coordinator 

Location: Hampton, Middx, TW12 2DX  

Reporting To: MD 

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 

Salary: £20,000 -£28,000 per year (Depending on Experience)  



You will be part of a small dynamic team working to offer an unrivalled customer experience. 

You will be using sage to process orders in the run up to picking and packing orders. Using DHL,APC,FEDEX Etc to ship orders worldwide. You will liaise with clients and manufacturers for spares and repairs, making sure goods are sent off and clients and kept informed of the status and records are kept up to date. 

When in the office you will be front of house greeting clients, customers for collections and partners that visit our showroom. 

You will be using sage to process in coming stock and ensure it is stored safely and in an organised manner. Communicating with the sales and accounts team on a day-to-day basis 

There will be the requirement to perform deliveries as and when needed mainly within the M25, Using the Companies electric Vito van. You must be competent of driving, loading and unloading while always being aware of customer service.  



  • A friendly and naturally helpful personality  
  • Have experience in a similar role 
  • Have good communication skills and able to think on your feet 
  • Ideally some experience with Sage and DHL and APC logistics 
  • Driving will play a small part of your role so being presentable and professional with a clean driving license 
  • Highly organised and strong time management skills. 
  • IT Literate – Outlook, Excel, Sage (desirable but not required). 
  • Imports/Exports experience – An understanding of exporting post-Brexit is a bonus. 
  • Proven work experience as a delivery driver 
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) 
  • A team player
