The NXTGENbps Goat is a 5kW / 4.8kWh lithium-ion battery designed to deliver clean, portable power for professional, location-based and mobile applications. It offers a cleaner and more durable alternative to petrol, diesel and HVO generators, with 5kW continuous output and a 7.5kW peak. It works in the same way as a traditional generator, but uses solar or grid power as its fuel source.

How It Works
The Goat features a built-in pure sine wave inverter to help safeguard sensitive equipment, with flexible charging options including Solar Capture, mains and Type 2 EV inputs. It can also be used while charging, extending available kWh capacity during operation.

Built for Demanding Environments
The Goat has an extremely robust cast aluminium and carbon fibre casing, with an IP67 rating suitable for extreme conditions. It runs with zero emissions, no exhaust fumes, no refuelling like a petrol generator, and quiet operation.

Expand Your Power
The Goat can be linked to NXTGENbps Billy Goat 9.6kWh expansion units (Gölz BattPak XPansion 9600) via a flexible cable. One Billy Goat unit increases capacity from 5kW / 4.8kWh to 5kW / 14.4kWh. Up to 14 Billy Goat units can be linked to provide 139kWh of uninterrupted power, giving production and rental fleets full flexibility.

UK Exclusive Models
NXTGENbps offers two exclusive UK models of the Gölz BattPak: a CEE Form version and a Powercon version, so you can match the unit to your site’s connectivity. This listing is the CEE Form model, featuring both 16A and 32A CEE outputs plus USB-C. If you need Powercon connectivity instead, the Powercon version is also available.
