Collection and Delivery Options
Collection
Free Collection is available at our showroom in Hampton, please select this option at the payment stage at the checkout. Please allow one hour to pick and prepare your order for you so it is ready for you when you arrive. Collections must be made at our office during the hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Thurs) and 9 am to 5 pm (Friday).
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs £5.99 including VAT on accessories only and will be sent out by Royal Mail or DPD, this service can take 3-5 working days.

FREE UK Delivery On Orders Over £1,000
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £1,000 Ex VAT to the UK mainland. Mon-Fri working days only. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed.
Next Working Day Delivery
UK mainland orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. To qualify for next-day delivery orders must be placed before 2 pm Mon – Thur. Orders placed after 2 pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday for Monday delivery, excluding Bank Holidays. The charge for this service is £10.00 plus VAT. This service is only available for products that are in stock. Any products purchased on this service but are not presently in stock will be dispatched on a Next Working Day service when these arrive in stock. We utilise national delivery partners in delivering our next working day delivery service, please note that due to this, we cannot guarantee this service.

Worldwide Shipping
At NXTGENbps, we offer worldwide shipping on most of our products. Contact us at info@nxtgenbps.com with details of the products you are interested in, along with your billing and delivery address and any company information. Our sales team will provide you with a full quotation.

At NXTGENbps we will try and offer the most competitive price we can, however, we understand from time to time with the sheer number of products we range there may be times whereby other official dealers have a better price. We will try our best to match this price or better it if possible, for this to apply the product must be in stock and from an official dealer.
If you have found a product cheaper elsewhere at an official dealer please send us an email will the details of the product and details of where you have seen the product cheaper and a member of the team will come back to you.
Terms of Price Match:
- The goods must be in stock with the competitor
- The competitor must be an official UK dealer and not a grey import
- Postage and packaging are taken into account for the total order amount
- We are unable to match Amazon or eBay. *Price Match does not apply to any promotions or special offers.
Broadcast and Productions Services terms and conditions apply to all price match terms.
We use Fedex for most of our deliveries on battery generators, although we do deliver in and around the London area. We use DHL, DPD and Royal Mail for shipping on products that are not battery generators. Shipping worldwide we will get a quote on a case-by-case basis.
